The girls (Kiana Cook, Abby Dunn, Anna Schulz, Caitlyn Burkett) 4x800 meter relay team finished 5th in the state with a time of 10:22. Girls 1600 meter race Caitlyn Burkett finished 5:36 for 6th place and Anna Schulz finished 5:45 for 10th place. Girls 400 meter Karrington Garland finished 1:05 ( season best time) for 15th. Boys 800 meter Zach Bunner finished 2:10 for 12th place. Girls 800 meter Anna Schulz finished 2:36 for 10th place. Girls 200 meter Karrington Garland finished 28.66 for 15th. Girls 3200 meter Caitlyn Burkett finished 12:00 for 2nd in the state. An amazing accomplishment for a first year track team. We look forward to the coming years and many more state meets!
