Patriot and Falcon Athletic information
Announcements and Important Events
Welcome Back to the 23/24 school year. We are excited to get back to Fall Sports in a couple of weeks. Below is all the pertinent information you will need for Fall sports.
This post contains quite a bit of information.
1. Interest meetings are for students only.
2. 6th graders may inquire about being a team manager. Only 7th and 8th graders can make the team roster.
3. Managers are required to submit the same athletic paperwork as those trying out for the team.
4. Closed Tryouts - Since tryouts bring their own inherent level of stress, tryout sessions are closed to spectators. This allows all coaches and participants to best focus on the task at hand with limited distractions. Please make plans to drop off and pick up your student athlete at the appropriate times.

All paperwork must be on file with the Athletic Director prior to participating in anything for athletics. Once all completed paperwork is turned in, students may email the Athletic Director requesting a ticket for tryouts. This ticket is mandatory for tryouts as it lets respective coaches know that a student is eligible to tryout. Paperwork may be scanned, faxed, or delivered to front office, or delivered directly to the Athletic Director. Below is the list of necessary paperwork.
A. Physical (good for 395 days from date of exam)
B. Gfeller Waller Concussion Form (required each school year)
C. Player Release Form (required each school year)
D. Athletic Contract/Handbook Acknowledgement From (required each school year) *Page 12*
