EAST WAKE ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Monday night of October 9th the Franklin Academy Patriots held a matchup against the East Wake Eagles. The Varsity volleyball girls had an exciting match up in all 4 set that were played. The patriots won the game 3-1, however the eagles put up a huge fight in all sets causing all them to come down to the wire. Freshmen player Heffner for the Eagles came off the bench and was a huge contributor to the team, but the Patriots worked better as a team to secure the victory against East Wake making them 12-7 on the season heading into the plays offs.
